Well-being

Girls Rock

Builds girls’ confidence through rock climbing. Girls ages 11-14 are paired with an experienced female rock climber and learn basic climbing skills, including climbing safety, knot tying and climbing techniques.

Girls on the Run

Prepares 8-11 year old girls for a lifetime of healthy living through self-esteem enhancing lessons and uplifting workouts aimed to develop girls’ physical, mental, emotional and social self.

Daughters-Sisters Project

Provides facilitated discussion groups that support and encourage teens to discuss issues they face in their lives.

Leadership

Passages Northwest

Motivates girls and women to develop leadership and courage through the integrated exploration of the arts and the natural environment through after school programs and wilderness programs.

Patsy Collins Adventures in Leadership

Develops 8th and 9th grade girls’ leadership skills and wellness through a 15-day intensive residential program. Girls engage in outdoor adventure activities and interactive workshops on topics ranging from problem solving and public speaking to leadership styles and conflict resolution.

Power of Hope

An arts-centered program that develops students’ leadership skills and voice in creating social change.
